The North Simcoe Ontario Health Team (OHT) is a dedicated group of local healthcare providers, service organizations, and community members working together to improve health outcomes for all residents of North Simcoe.
Anchor Partners
The North Simcoe OHT Anchor Partners work together, through consensus-based decision-making, to guide the North Simcoe OHT priorities and improve the healthcare system. Two elected Co-Chairs provide leadership to the North Simcoe OHT Collaborative Council and support the OHT Director.

Primary Care Network (PCN)
Primary care providers understand the challenges in our healthcare system and work together to improve care in North Simcoe. The PCN gives primary care providers a united voice, fosters collaboration, and helps enhance care for patients and providers in our region.
