Joining the NSOHT Primary Care Network is free for all primary care providers, and every doctor and nurse practitioner in North Simcoe is automatically a member. As part of the network, members play a key role in co-designing the OHT, building connections with community partners, and exploring new programs to enhance patient care and practice support in North Simcoe.
