Our Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
The North Simcoe OHT Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of patients, family members, and caregivers who use their experiences to help improve health, community and social services in North Simcoe. By sharing their perspectives, members highlight what’s working well and where improvements are needed. Their input helps the North Simcoe OHT and its partners create more person and family-centered services.
