Our Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC)

The North Simcoe OHT Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of patients, family members, and caregivers who use their experiences to help improve health, community and social services in North Simcoe. By sharing their perspectives, members highlight what’s working well and where improvements are needed. Their input helps the North Simcoe OHT and its partners create more person and family-centered services.

Become a Member

Are you a resident of the Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny Township, Tay Township, or Christian Island community? Do you have a passion for wanting to help improve health care in your community?

We welcome patients, families, caregivers, and community members who want to share their experiences with health and social services to help shape how care is delivered in North Simcoe.

  • Work with other members, healthcare providers, and community leaders.

  • Share feedback on services and policies to improve patient care in our region.

  • Advocate for changes that make healthcare more accessible and patient-centered.
