Who is the North Simcoe Ontario Health Team

The Government of Ontario passed legislation in April 2019 to facilitate the creation of Ontario Health Teams (OHTs). This represents a complete system transformation with the goal of delivering better, faster and more coordinated patient-centered care. The North Simcoe Ontario Health Team (NSOHT) is strengthening existing and building new partnerships to develop an integrated system that best serves the needs of our local community.

*The North Simcoe Ontario Health Team is supported by funding from the Government of Ontario.
